Mission Statement

The South Carolina Home Builders Self Insurers Fund is an organization of qualified members of the Home Builders Association of South Carolina who have joined together to provide a stable, cost effective and secure source for workers’ compensation coverage.

Established in 1995, the SCHBSIF provides workers’ compensation coverage for qualified members of the Home Builders Association of South Carolina. Our program is marketed by an extensive network of independent insurance agents throughout South Carolina.
